A Little About Mike

Mike has been employed at CICA since Nov 2019. Prior to CICA and Highlands, he worked for over 20 years in customer service, with 10 years of management and 8 years of sales and sales management (primarily in door-to-door and B2B). His background is primarily over-the-phone tech support, and has worked for companies such as Comcast/Xfinity, VSP, and Health Net.

 

In April of 2023, Mike earned his CompTIA Security+ Certification through Asher College. In September, he completed the AWS Cloud Foundations course through Asher College as well. He is currently working on obtaining  his AWS Systems Architect, CompTIA A+, and CompTIA Net+ certifications.
