Lorree received her Associates degree from Yuba College, in Marysville. She completed her Bachelor's degree at Chico State University, while pursuing a degree in K-12 education, including a focus on environmental science. She completed studies for her teaching credential at Chapman University in Yuba City. Lorree continues to be a “life-long” learner, and describes herself as “always being naturally curious, and hungry for new knowledge”. Lorree enjoys spending time with her six grandchildren, teaching them to cook, sew, garden, and care for animals. She spends her leisure time reading, watching her collection of old movies, sewing, baking, pursuing her photography hobby, and exploring the great outdoors. She especially enjoys hiking, horseback riding, and camping.
