About CICA
At CICA, we are committed to accomodate the needs of the most under-served members of our community. Our model is not only pedagogically effective, but also serves to inculcate life skills to a high needs adult population, resulting in a level playing field. Within our diverse and vibrant community, we exhibit a high degree of empathy, since we are cognizant of the lamentable fact that 68% of our students are parents; the opportunities that are afforded to students at CICA enable them to maximize their academic potential in order to impact generational change.
