We're excited to announce that all enrolled students have access to the SacRT Transit Pass through the Highlands Brain application. This change aims to streamline access to transportation for our student body. 

 

During this transition, our priority is to assist you in accessing your transit pass smoothly. One crucial step is ensuring that your Digital ID includes a photo. If you haven't uploaded one yet, please reach out for assistance in uploading a portrait photo.

 

Here are the key details you need to know:

  • Pass Type: The pass available through Highlands Brain will be a Daily Pass.

  • Jurisdiction: The transit pass is for Sacramento Regional Transit (SacRT) services.

  • Troubleshooting: SacRT operators are trained to recognize and accept the pass. A "What's this pass" section has been added for their reference. Additionally, if your Digital ID lacks a photo, a mandatory coachmark will guide you through the process.

 

We understand that not everyone may be able to use the app, so physical passes will still be available as a backup option for those without access.
