Rick Jones

Rick Jones is a Sacramento native and attended Luther Burbank High School. He then stayed local and received his BA from California State University, Sacramento. Jones is a Vietnam Veteran and attended the National Academy of the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Jones spent 32 years with the City of Sacramento Police Department, retiring with the rank of captain. He later was the very first Police Chief of the Los Rios Community College District.
