Mike Reid

Board Member

I'm Mike Reid, a Board Member for Highlands. I've been an educator for over 38 years. In my career, I've served as a teacher, Vice-Principal, Principal, and Schools Superintendent. I've had the opportunity to assist and be honored with recognition for 3 California Distinguished Schools. My journey in charter schools has spanned over 9 years, overseeing a new charter school and serving as the Learning Analyst for another. 
I was blessed with the opportunity to serve as a consultant for the state of Hawaii for almost three years focusing on school academic improvement.

It is an honor to serve the staff and community at Highlands.
